Families with young children are invited to join us for a Family Play Day at Fresh Future Farm! This interactive farm day will include a tour to see where our food comes from, tastings, and a gardening activity for families to take home and watch grow. All will enjoy exploring this urban farm, which is on a mission to grow the quality of life for historically excluded communities and end food apartheid. OCT 7 - NOV 11, 2022 ● Farm Babies Growing up and seeing the magic that happens when a tiny seed is planted or when a worm works to create our rich & healthy soil, watching logs turn into fires that cook pizzas, and gathering flowers on walks is just part of the wonder of being a farm baby! Now your child can feel some of this too. During this six-week program, families are invited to visit Fresh Future Farm each Friday with their young children to explore this urban farm and enjoy learning, play, fun, healthy snacks, and nutritious goodies to bring home!
