Tri County Play Collaborative is a collaboration among more than a dozen South Carolina organizations, each focused in whole or in part on the healthy learning and development of all young children in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. This project enabled young children and their families to fulfill social-emotional needs unmet due to the COVID-19 pandemic: working on the quilt enabled families to connect with love through art and storytelling. All quilt pieces were assembled and displayed during an unveiling at the Children's Museum of the Lowcountry.
